- Arrive at Misasa Onsen!
Hop on a bus or train from the Osaka area and you'll be in Misasa in just a little over three hours. If you're traveling from Tokyo, a plane to Tottori Airport will hit the tarmac in just over an hour. From there, a direct bus will whisk you across to Misasa in around an hour.
Make an early start and you'll have half a day to start enjoying Misasa.

- Head out and learn about the legend of the white wolf!

At Misasa Onsen, you can go to other hotels and bathe in the hot spring baths, even if you are not a guest at that hotel. Enjoy the variety of different baths.

At Misasa Onsen, there are many hidden stories and famous places. Why not get a local guide to show you the top spots? Jinsho-no-Yakata, Misasa shrine, Fujii Brewery (with free tasting) and Koitani Bridge.

- Mt. Mitoku Visit Nageiredo
"These steep cliffs were once the training ground of Shugendo ascetics. At the end of the trail stands the Nageiredo, a temple that has withstood the pounding rain and heavy snowfalls for more than 1300 years.

- Lunch and a break in the onsen district
